                   demonstration yards.

                   low maintenance productive gardens  - Seymour Agricultural Society
                   members and experienced growers.

1.00pm      Selling your cattle – an overview of selling strategies and regulations –
                  Seymour Agricultural Society members with DPI animal health staff and
                  a local stock agent.

2.00pm      Pastures for profit – pasture management to optimize your returns -
                  Seymour Agricultural Society members along with an experienced
                  agronomist.

3.00pm      Cattle health – a hands-on overview of some of the most important
                  cattle problems and diseases including calving difficulties - Seymour
                  Agricultural Society members and local veterinarians

Saturday Feb 20th

                   and wildlife regulations - Seymour Agricultural Society members an
                   experienced local wildlife carers.

1.00pm      Cattle handling tips and techniques – tricks of the trade to make your
                  everyday life easier - Seymour Agricultural Society members and local
                  Veterinarians in the Metalcorp demonstration yards.

2.00pm      Vegetables and fruit production – you can be productive whether from
                  your backyard, a large block or your local community garden - Seymour
                  Agricultural Society members and experienced growers.

3.00pm      Poultry for everyone – poultry production for small yards or larger
                  commercial enterprises - Seymour Agricultural Society members and Bell
                  South Poultry equipment suppliers.

12.00pm     Alpaca Shearing Display – a shearing display and a discussion of the
                   general maintenance of alpacas -  Seymour Agricultural Society
                   members and Ann and Rod Sales of Davidalla Alpacas.

1.00pm      Horse foot diseases and hoof care – an explanation of the normal
                  structures of a horses foot and a discussion of what can go wrong and
                  how it might be corrected - Seymour Agricultural Society members and
                  experienced local farrier Steve Wolfe.

2.00pm      Alpaca Shearing Display – a shearing display and a discussion of the
                  general maintenance of alpacas -  Seymour Agricultural Society
                  members and Ann and Rod Sales of Davidalla Alpacas.

3.00pm      Alpaca birthing – a discussion of the normal process of delivery of the
                  cria and what you can do when it all goes wrong -  Seymour Agricultural
                  Society members, local veterinarians and Ann and Rod Sales of Davidalla
                  Alpacas.
